    Paano Mapabilis yung Delivery ng Mi Box / Android TV?

      Hello! is there any way na mapabilis yung delivery ng Mi Box / Android TV? kasi i've been waiting for almost 1 month na and laging nagkakaroon ng error on 211 side. Bale it's been my 3rd attempt to order / mag-request and i still haven't received the Mi Box / Android TV. -

       

      unang order ko nung August 07, 2017 and matapos ang successful call with an agent sinabi niya 200pesos per month yun then okay na binigay niya yung reference number and order number then okay na. tumawag ako sa hotline before mag 7th working days and as per the agent na nakausap ko. pagdating daw po ng 7th working days daw po ako tumawag then okay i'll wait for the 7th working days -

       

      nung 7th working days na August 16, 2017, nung tumawag ako sabi ng agent na nakausap ko may invalid daw sa ininput nung agent na nakausap ko nung August 07 so He told me na back to start ulit,  ioorder ko ulit , so sige, then he informed na 100pesos daw per month, then until he gave the reference number and order number. tapos nung nag-antay ulit ako ng 7th working days.

       

      August 17, 29, 30, September 01, 04, 2016 i called their hotline and nothings change on process pa daw.

       

      nung Septmber 06, 2017 tumawag ulit ako - sabi ng agent ng nakausap ko ulit na may invalid daw ulit sa iniput ng agent na-nakausap ko nung August 16, 2017. so back to start ulit dahil daw hindi daw 100 pesos yun dapat 200 pesos dahil daw 1 month after makabitan tsaka ako nagrequest. so, okay umorder ulit ako.

       

      September 18, 2018 - tumawag ako and yun nga escalation daw and  gumawa ng siya ng report tapos may magiinform daw saaking via text or call pero wala po and the agent told me na may nagpunta daw yung courier nung August 31, 2017 around 03:00pm and naka-lock daw yung bahay namin even though may tao and bukas na bukas yung pinto.

       

      then it's been near 10th working days and i haven't still receive any text message from the courier and i called their hotline puro follow up, gagawan ng report and escalate lang then meron pang agent na nagsabi sa aakin na withing 24 hours dapat ma-deliever na. and ngayon september 19, 2017 tumawag ulit ako and wala parang developement regarding sa delivery sabi pa nung agent na nakausap ko I need to wait 7 to 10 working days. and nauubusan na po ako ng pasensya kasi nagaantay ako almost everyday pero wala and yun nga most the errors/delayed are from their side nakaka-irrate na po? - i need your help po
