I'm a new suscriber to the Broadband and Landline Bundle Plan. Received my first bill in my email and I have some questions about it. Tried to do self-service online but I cannot "add an account". Entering the mobile/landline number, i am prompted to wait for the verification code on my phone but i just dont get any. The account number in the bill doesn't work either. Tried reaching Cust Care but the account number, and the landline number appearing on the bill won't let me through a representative. I tried calling another no. from the Globe "landline" phone and the number appeared (0917xxxxxxx) but that, too, won't let me through just care?
