    I want to upgrade my 1599 5Mbps, but how?


      I have the said plan for more than 2 years now, my contract ended last March or April and I want to upgrade my plan to Broadband Plan 1299 Go Big. I occasionally add this concern whenever I'm availing a Volume Boost and they said that my current request is still pending.


      Currently, I'm forced to the idea of terminating my account, but it's not that quite convenient on my part of terminating my account, applying the said upgrade plan and waiting for the installation to proceed because of my work, I'm a Remote/Online employee. Are there any other options or procedures that I would do since I can't get any clear answer either from Customer Service 211 or the Customer Service on my local Globe Store if my current plan is applicable for upgrade?


      Please advise. Thanks!
