Hi, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME? I urgently need Globe to refund the overpayment of Php68k plus made on my mobile postpaid account and it's almost a month already since I first reported this to Globe Customer Service. I understand it's my fault as I've incorrectly paid my bill using my credit card, but I think I did everything I can do to get this sorted. I've already emailed all the requested documentation and made all the effort to follow up every day just to ensure it's progressing. but to my dismay, up to now I never get any positive feedback whether it is indeed in process. It's SO STRESSFUL to go through this and I feel so HELPLESS. Can someone help or give me any idea on what to do?
