    no internet and phone service since sept.26 -


      Hi. Im not entirely sure if this is the right channel to convey my experience with globe. being a new subscriber I found the service and after sales experience very very poor. I hope this community can help me relay this to someone there in globe who has the capability to help and fix my concern. as the subject title of this discussion, internet and phone service suddenly stop on the 26th of september and all the support team can do is to schedule an onsite visit not until oct 4. if you can imagine the wait time and there is no certainty of resolution. oct. 4 is about to end today but no one came. i guess another day will pass for nothing. here's the job order no.
