    Adding Home Broadband Account on Globe My Account


      I am having trouble in Verifying My Home Broadband Account.


      I currently applied on LTE 1299 Go Fast Plan.


      In Globe Website, theres a verification:


      Plan Type: I know this and I selected the right plan, but as I observed sometimes the right plan is not on the list.
      Credit Limit: How to know this? aside from calling CS?
      Billing Cut-off Period: I already received my bill on my email, so I already knew this.


      The Credit Limit is what I am confuse on how to know that one.


      Alternate Method is not applicable for my scenario.
