    Globe at Home Prepaid Homesurf?

      I keep looking for info about this. May blog posts but not from globe itself.

          So I bought this. Honestly what a buggy system. Daming problems.

           

          1. The apps. Di na pwede ang Home Fi app, to be discontinued on Nov 15, 2017. Fine, Globe at Home app na daw. But the app failed to update data usage leading me to consume more than half of my data.

           

          2. Time restrictive promos. Yung free 10gb 7 days lang, wala nang way to extend. Kahit mag gosurf ka pa dyan, the remaining data of the 10gb disappears. Happened to me, may natira pa sana na 5gb, nagtitipid kasi. I registered to GS299 hoping na maextend ang validity. Wala, disappear.

           

          3. Bugged Homesurf promos. Naubus na gosurf299, so register ako gosurf50. 1st day, di ako makapag register to homesurf 15. As in wala, cannot be processed. On the 3rd day na patapos na ang gosurf50 ko, ayun naka register na. registered 5x. Punyeta, hanggang 5x ka lang makakaregister in a day kasi share a load ang registration. Prepaid numbers are limited at 5x shares a day. So antay ako 12 midnight to share again. Unfortunately, patapos na ang validity ng homesurf kasi patapos na arin ang gosurf. So nag register ako sa Homesurf 599 kahit mahal.

          ayun hindi pala pa rin pwede. Mageexpire pa rin ang 5gb na homesurf15x5. Saklap.

           

          4. Ok na sana. Pero sumabit ulit. Naubos na ang gosurf, nag alert si surfalert. putol ang internet. Tawag ako 211 hingi tulong. Off ko daw surfalert. fine, nagkainternet ulit. happy na sana, punyeta naputol ulit after a while. Yun pala, regular load inubos. 5 pesos for 15 minutes. 0 balance ako agad. tawag ulit 211, bakit ganun. daming jargon, pero alam ko walang alam si ate sa pinagsasabi nya. so icacancel nya ang homesurf 15 at irerefund nya ako, ng 15 pesos. nyeta naman, almost 60 pesos ginastos ko sa 5gb na di ko magagamit. Fine, sabi nya makakapaginternet ako ulit.

           

          5. Ayun hanggang ngayon, di pa rin ako nakakapaginternet. Balik sa gosakto promos. Unsympathetic ang 211 agents again. Si twitter @talk2globe paasa as usual, padala daw DM di naman nag rereply.

           

          6. may 21 gb na homesurf pa rin ako sa globe at home app. untouched at di magamit. antay daw ako ng 7 days para magka feedback.

           

          so sa mga nagbabalak dyan na bibili ng globe at home prepaid wifi, WAG. malulugi lang kayo.
