You have to call Globe at 730-1000 and ask them to activate your free offers (Netflix, Disney and Hooq). Expect to receive emails and/or text messages from Globe on how to log in. Make sure to call Globe to stop your subscriptions before the end of six months for Netflix and Disney (before end of two months for Hooq) to avoid extra monthly charges afterwards.
Thank you that was very helpful. I called the costumer care as you suggested and the agent said that she will activate the free Netflix. Then I should wait for at least 24 hours for an email that contains my redemption code and it is more 24 hours and I haven't receive any email. What should I do? Do I call again the costumer care? She gave me reference code that she said I should give if I have any follow up questions.
