    hi all , can someone help me in enrolling my new account please , it ask me for payment details but i havent made a payment yet since its a new account ,


      been trying to enroll my new account so i can manage it , i just got connected last tuesday and until now i still cant seem to contact the globe hotline the 211 and 7301000 it doesnt ring at all , so i was wondering if i could view it online , its asking for payment details to veirfy my account but i havent made a pyament yet except for the 2500 upfront fee
