    Data Allocation (may be) Not updated

      Hi everyone,

       

      I was previously subscribed to myLifestyle plan 599 but recently upgraded to plan 999.

      My problem now is di ko magamit yung data allocated for plan 999. Naka-tag pa rin ako sa 500mb data. Ang sabi nung tumawag ako, naka-tag pa rin daw kasi sa 599 ang plan ko and sa oct 27 pa raw magte-take effect yung 999.

      Pero I'm not convinced kasi sa mga nakikita kong account details ko, 999 na. And I've already activated my spotify premium na ksama ko inapply sa recontracting. Pati sa unbilled charges, 999 na ang nakalagay.

      Di ko inactivate yung new sim na dumating kasama ng phone. May bearing ba yun?

       

      All they say sa hotline and sa fb is sa oct 27 pa raw kasi mag-take effect yung 999 without offering an explanation kung bakit yun ang nakalagay sa details ng account ko. I want to understand why.

       

      I've had this problem before sa ibang network and sa loob ng 2 years hindi nila naayos ang tagging. Singil lang ng singil. I don't want this happening again.
