I recently got my bill from globe for my postpaid account and was surprised that the amount ballooned from 800Php to 1400Php. I asked globe why is this so and they told me that there are add-ons included in my account. I did not ask for any add-ons to be added to my account. My plan is just Plan 799 with no add-ons.
Does anyone here had the same problem?
I am planning to file a complaint in NTC. Globe should have the recordings of my conversation with their agents, this can confirm that I did not ask for any add-ons to be included in my plan and verify that my plan is just the Data Plus Plan 799.
Before going to NTC, have you tried requesting Globe to reverse the charges for the simple reason that you did not subscribe for those? Sometimes it just takes a little request for them to do something about it.
