    Delete Online Account




      I would like to apply to a postpaid plan. I went to one of the branches to apply. Everything was going well then when the representative was looking at their computer she informed me that i have an existing online account with my "old" phone number in it. She said i needed to close/delete that account first before i can apply.


      What account is she talking about? Where can i get assistance on having that deleted?

          You should ask the agent what is she referring too. Is it an old unpaid line or something.

          If it's just an old account that is running. You can apply for additional line. If that is an old upaid that is not closed yet, I suggest you pay the corresponding fees and apply for the line
