I was originally a BayanDSL customer and I was forced to migrate to Globe when I had to move to a different house. I had to terminate my DSL because they made me wait for 2 months to have my service moved. I followed up almost everyday and the experience was really stressful! Their retention team also told me that I shouldn't pay for the termination fee bacause it was their fault, and now they are asking me to pay because their management declined. What a perfect service provider! This as been escalated to NTC but I also want to file an executive escalation. Does anyone here know how to do this or have done this?
