    Billing Period Clarification: Period covered is doubled



      Good day!


      I'd like to clarify regarding my recent billing statement. I just signed up for Broadband + Phone Plan 1299 400 GB last October 26, 2017 and I just received my billing statement. I also paid P 1,299 upon installation. The billing statement includes:

      10/27/2017 - 11/03/2017 1299 5M 300G All Day YT ADSL           P 303.05

                                               Unli BB Bundle                                      P 23.10

      11/04/2017 - 12/03/2017 1299 5M 300G All Day YT ADSL           P 1,159. 82

                                               Unli BB Bundle                                      P 88.39

      10/27/2017 - 11/26/2017 Amortized Install Fee                             P 297.62                


      My total MRF is P 1,871.00 and the bill is due on November 24, 2017. I  thought I will only have to pay for this month's period (Oct-Nov). I would like to ask why Nov-Dec period has already been included in this month's bill. Also, will the installation fee be paid in the next month's billing? I hope to hear from you, Sir / Mam.
