I've searched and searched for solutions and it seems the problem is in the network operator itself. People have been complaining about this, and i don't know if appropriate actions and updates are being or these errors are just ignored. The problem's still the same: when I try to use Globe as a direct carrier billing, it just fails. My phone keeps sending codes to 2147 and it sends but after that, nothing happens. I kept trying to click the "Use Globe Carrier Billing" and the same routine happens. Any help/solution woukd be greatly appreciated.
