    No support on weekends?


      I filed a problem on Friday afternoon and when I call to followup today I get told that nobody in support has answered it yet because they aren't there on Saturday or Sunday. So why the [email protected]#k didn't anyone look at my problem on Friday when it was submitted?I did a cash in that still is in limbo somewhere. I have the documentation trail to show that globe has my money, they just aren't putting it in my account.

      I'm ready to file criminal fraud charges against globe at this point.
