Yup, you read it right. I've been their subscriber for the past, hmm...i don't know, maybe over 5 years but still they decided to screw me up continuously.
Issues: intermittent connections, low speeds, agitated billing staff, etc...
Couple of months ago, I posted a reply here on this forum regarding sending a complain against Globe to NTC...which has been approved after I posted that my post might not be approved...It got approved then it's gone...lol..nice work Globe website admin...

I just sent mine regarding this DSL services which I've been complaining since the beginning of this year and gets worse every day. My subscription of 15mbps/mo goes under 6mbps (on a good day) and never higher than that lately.
I know you guys (Globe tech) can connect to my modem without informing me and from what I've noticed, you fixed my modem's Actual Rate (Up/Down) to 1019/6143 kbps, I know that because I've worked as a network admin before so don't give me that crap that I have to check this, check that, plug this, unplug that...blah blah blah...nothing will change unless you leave my connection to what I'm paying you for!!!!

This is actually my reply to someone posting how he can send a complaint to NTC..but now, here's what I get when I click the link of my post:
Now, back to how Globe sucks, I've called them, sent them emails, chat with their annoying FB messenger bot (or is it?) but still to no avail.
My internet issues has started August this year and as of this date (November 22), no one has even dared to come over to fix it or have a look at it. Every time I call their customer service, they annoying line will be "We'll inform you once the issue has been fixed..."
NOW AGAIN..I KNOW THEY WILL HOLD THIS FOR EVALUATION OR EVEN NOT APPROVE IT FOR POSTING...
