    Case number close

      What does it mean when the case is close? I have a request for reversal of billing for the pre termination fee.. Globe CS created a case # and escalated the request top management. I have not received any notification that my request was authorized but I have stopped receiving their billing. I called them again and they said that the case was already closed.I would want to know coz I am planning to get a new line in the future.

          It simply means that they have already resolved the issue.

           

          As to what they have resolved remains a question. It might have been better to have asked Customer service as to the exact status of your account.
