A CSR just hung up on me twice earlier. I called the hotline to check on the status of my ref num. The csr said the first three letters of my ref# are not familiar then she hung up! Good Job!
I called again and lucky me! The same csr answered, her name is Sheryl. Just after I said "Hi I would like to check the status of my ref #" SHE HUNG UP AGAIN! Worst experience I had with a csr.
Is there any way to report this??? Globe Customer Care is getting worse!
you may call the hotline to report agent's behavior.. make sure to ask for reference number. the reference number should starts with AGP...
