Nag load ako gamit yung lazada app. Ito talaga ginagamit ko even before instead of using my metrobank app kasi mas makakatipid ako dun. Lately lang nagpaload ako ng ₱50 pero di ko na received at twice ko siya sinend tama naman number na nilagay ko. Tas nung tinignan ko history ng card nabawasan talaga pero di ko siya na received and then now nag paload na ako sa labas sa tindahan nakita ko na confirm na nag send ang load pero di ko na reveived . Medyo nacoconfused ako especially bago ang simcard ko GLOBE LTE at nakakareceived naman ako ng calls like gumagana siya coz i was thinking baka NETWORK OR LAZADA APP, SIMCARD ang problema and ₱150 na ang nawala sakin. Pls help
Hi retes1, you have 2 options to do but it's better if you will do the same. First, by contacting (email/call) your Card provider (Bank) regarding what happened. The other option, is to notify Lazada about the issue. They will both coordinate with each other if the transaction is successful or not. Then, if they found out that the prepaid load was never sent, you will be refunded. It happened to me also, I just do what I have mentioned above.
