    Globe Postpaid Application-APPROVED THE WALA NA PONG STOCK

      Hi, I'm really disappointed how your sales and other counter part handle new applicants. Last November my colleague apply for Plan 1499 iphone 6, because the sales rep. told us na may stock pa (kumpleto requirements napasa agad) then sabihan daw kami kung approved, 3-5 days ang approval. Then 1 week na walang feedback from the sales, binalikan namin yung store sabi samin approved na after 2days ang issue naman na WALA NA DAW STOCK. So he waited for a week or two to have restock tas inoofferan na sya ng iphone 8. Honestly kung may pangdown sya di na nya igragrab yung free cash out.

       

      Then I tried applying over the hotline for personal account, we used guarantor program para makapag-apply ng postpaid since need ko nga sa work and iphone 6 din kinuha ko DAHIL SABI SA HOTLINE MARAMI DAW STOCK. After completing my requirements walang tumatawag o nagtetext sakin regarding sa status ng application ko for A WEEK. THEN HERE'S WHAT HAPPEN NEXT, nung tinawagan ko ulit hotline, GUARANTOR'S CHECK AND MISMATCH AND SYSTEM ERROR ANG DINADAHILAN NILA SAKIN KAYA DI NAUSAD YUNG APPLICATION KO. ETO PA! YUNG TEAM NA NAGHAHANDLE NG SYSTEM ERROR KUNO NA INABOT NG 3WEEKS NEVER AKO TINAWAGAN KAHIT INESCALATE  KO NA SA SUPERVISOR, tinawagan lang ako nung sa pangalawang supervisor na ako nagalit. AFTER ANOTHER WEEK (Which is 1month and 1week na itinatagal) nagfollow-up ulit ako, sinasabi sakin ng kausap ko approved na Dec. 13 at tinawagan daw ako that day din sinabi sakin approved na daw. Which is a lie, ang sinabi lang sakin is "MISMATCH DETAIL BECAUSE OF SYSTEM ERROR", NGAYONG ALAM KO NG APPROVED APPLICATION KO SASABIHIN SAKIN...
