    Cancellation of New Application (Online)

      I applied for a postpaid application last November 24, 2017. Ito yung pre order of Iphone X. Tumagal ng 2 weeks yung application wala pading feedback ulit. So I decided to request for a cancellation kasi sa store nalang ako mag apply for this.

       

      Never knew na sobrang nakaka stress magpa cancel ng new application na inapply through hotline. Grabe almost 1 week na yung cancellation ko until now wala pading tumatawag to verify the cancellation. Hindi tuloy ako makapag walk in sa store. Nakakainis lang kasi lahat matagal? Hello ipapancel lang yung application aabutin pa ata to ng buwan para mapacancel.

       

      Binging bingi nako sa we will request for an escalation chemerlyn sa mga agent niyo tapos wait for 24 - 48 hours. After ng 48 hours mag sosorry tapos mag rerequest nalang ulit ng escalation. Nakaka stress. Why don't you guys just tell your customers na you can't cancel it ayaw niyo ako maging subscriber niyo? 1 month nako nganga dito.
