    Billing Error


      Good Day! I temporarily disconnected my Plan 1299 last june and renewed it last oct 15 2017. Just this december i found out that globe charge me 17,000 unpaid bill last october 15 and were not using the plan anymore becuase i disconnected it and it was approved. What should I do? This is too much they charge me 10,000 from january 2017-August 2017 and i applied for this plan just Feb 2017 and used it until June 2017.
