I ordered online a Samsung S8 with a plan of 2499 every month. I have the tracking number, but doesn't have the reference number when I called thru their hotline they're asking for the reference number and I cant provide them any. How can I have my reference number?
Online and Hotline Sales are two different channels. For your Online orders, you will be receiving an email confirmation containing the reference number that starts with GLO-. If you're making a follow-up, please call Customer service instead and provide the given reference number via email.
