Seems myAccount is still under maintenance.
An alternative way to check balance is to text PLAN BALANCE to 2312 (or use the *143# menu).
I already paid my November 2017 bill. What I want is the full bill for
December 2017, but until the present, * did not receive my bill through
email*. I tried all of them "Plan Balance, etc... I already installed the
Globe at Home App on my cellphone and everything but what I want is the
official billing statement. They are just repeating what I have already
paid. What kind of service is that?
WHAT HAPPENED TO GLOBE? ARE THEY NUTS. THEY SHOULD HAVE BETA TESTED THEIR
SYSTEM BEFORE UPDATING ANYTHING.
