    Internet Connection is slow

      Hi,

       

      I started to subscribe to Globe Home LTE Plan last March 2017. I was only given a 5MBPS 50GB LTE plan since yun lang daw ang available na promo sa lugar namin. I have a some questions and sana po may makasagot.

       

      1.) Right after na mag apply kami sa Globe LTE hindi agad na kabit ung External Antenna (it takes two weeks bago na kabit) since wala ung kapit bahay namin doon kami nakisuyo ba ilagay ung  Antenna since tatlong palapag ung bahay at mataas ung bahay at paliwanag pa sa amin the more the mataas ung lugar naka lagay ung wireless antenna mas malakas at stable ung connections. After ma kabit after an hour kabaliktaran ung nangyari, ung router always still showing as 1 bar at napakabagal ng connection namin after a month ng walang changes I decided na  tangalin ung connection sa external antenna after a few minutes bumalik ulit from 1 bar to  a continous 3 bars na sa router and steady na sa 4-5 mbps ung speed namin regardless kung peak hours or not and even if may maulan man. Nagtataka lang ako bakit ganun? It seems na throttled ung connection mo pag naka external antenna ka compared sa built-in( router lang) hindi ko sure if may problema ba ung antenna mismo or sadya talaga ganun. I also asked ung mga kapit bahay namin at pareho sila ng na kwento sa akin. Not until last October 2017 someone from their loyal department contacted me and offered me an upgrades which from  plan 1199 to 1299 10mbps comes with (150GB) for 6 months. First week lang kami nakaranas ng 8-10 mbps speed and after that consistent na sya na 2-3mbps. parang gusto ko na magsisi na inaccept ko ung offer, since nag upgrade kami nakaranas kami ng mabagal na connections, ung kahit ako lang gumagamit hindi ako makapag laro ng mga mobile games most especially moba. Everytime nag speed test ako nag fluctuate ung speed ng internet namin at hindi na sya steady unlike before. Any advise po? I already contacted globe and reported this issue, naghintay lang kami sa wala sa technician nila.
