Our Globe landline suddenly just lost its dial tone and the internet connection has intermittent disruptions each every 2 minutes (which is annoying and frustrating).
Is there an issue and any advice what to do with this? I'm located at Cainta, Rizal.
Prior to this I received a notice that services will be disrupted due to the feast of the Black Nazarene yesterday, however it's just for mobile services.
I've already tried basic TS on everything (reset modem, re-plugged the modem and phone cables as well as the main one) still nothing and it has been like this up until now. I've tried calling customer service via my mobile phone but can't get a hold of them.
