    My Netflix account was canceled because Globe was unable to bill me. Do I need to pay the balance in order to restart my membership?


      I was a holder of 6 months free access to Netflix and I decided to continue using it after however, it was canceled by Netflix after another 3 months of use. Now, I'm planning to restart my membership, again with Globe as my payment method. But I'm not sure how. Do I need to pay the remaining balance if it's reflected on Globe's system? How was it that they haven't able to bill me within those 3 months of access?
