      After I changed/upgraded my tatoo home subscription (Nov 2017), I can not view or download my bill anymore. No email is sent either to the registered email address.

       

      Even after following the instruction to sent the bill by email, I NEVER get ANY email. The email address is OK and there are no globe emails arriving in the spam folder(s)

       

      When will this FINALLY BE FIXED????????????????????
