    Cancellation of a postpaid application in "Processing" status


      Please help! My postpaid application's status was changed to processing even after I told them I am cancelling the said application when they called me. I even got a text message and an email that my application is being processed for approval. I replied to the email but there was no response. I'm also waiting for the reply on globe's facebook page. What should I do with this? I don't want someone delivering a handset to our address after I clearly said that I want to cancel the application. Please help. Thanks.
