I was double charged by SM CONSOLACION.. They told me it was only being charged once. But here on my account it was charged twice. I went to globe the other day and told me they will going to contact me within 24hrs. And no contact has been done. No replies on emails and the globe center could not help me.. 2882 doesnt give me any option to talk to customer service!!!!!!..
Would anyone care to reply?? Just refund back my money..
