    So frustrated with the very poor customer service! I have been the one running after Globe for 3 weeks already to have my plan recontracted but they do not seem to want my business anymore.


      If I had the energy and patience to still explain all the frustrations I have been through to have my plan recontracted I would, but best if you just go through all your records.  I am so tired of explaining.  It has been 3 weeks already since I have tried to process my line to be recontracted but you guys do not seem to value me as your client.
