Try to use other device and insert your SIM card then retry by sending SURFALERT ON to 8080 or dial *143# and go to MyAccount.

Tried it on a different phone the other day (not a smartphone) waited 24hours after the #143* way.. no text confirmation came back
Tried tonight on a different smartphone by texting 8080, it doesn't give me any reply to SURFALERT ON keyword.. but if I text SURFALERT HELP, immediately there is a text back..
