      Question po, nagpaconnect po kami last November 16,2017 and they ask for a down payment in the amount of 1,300 pesos. they told us not to pay for the first billing coz the down payment we give is didacted po daw for the first billing. Magtext po ang ahente saamin na by January 1 start na po kami magbayad tapos nuong Feb. 2. this month po ay nadelay po kami sa pagbayad March 14,2018 po kami nagkapagbayad sa halagang 1,960 peso dahil yun po ang nakalagay sa billing namin kahapon. pero nang icheck ulit namin March 15 ay may another payment na naman po na 718.07. Bakit po nagkaganito? anong nangyari sa down payment namin? hindi rin po kami makatawag gamit ang telephone dahil daw sa may balance pa kami. We need an ASAP clarification po sa concern namin na ito.
