    Mobile Data is on H+.


      I am a postpaid subscriber woth Samsung Galaxy S8 phone. Since March 9, my mobile data still on H+ even on a LTE area.


      Already called the Customer Service and did all the troubleshooting until the last option which is to change sim card.


      I need a hand here since it cause too much inconvenience experiencing this.


      Hope someone in Globe can answer why my account only got H+ and not 4g or 4g+.


      Note: Please dont answer with basic troubleshooting from manually selecting networks, checking access point names, changing/transferring sim card etc. coz im done doing that
