      Hello mga kapuso, kapamilya,

       

      tanong lang po sana. nakapag pa upgrade ako ng internet bundle with phone.

      from 5mbps to 10mbps 1299. almost 1 month plang sya.

       

      then dumating si converge.

      pwd po ba i pa disconnect nlng yung internet then yung phone nlng kukunin and kukuha pa isang postpaid na sim? or pwd ba pa postpaid yung sim ko ?

          Pwede naman po ipa-disconnect any time. Pero since under contract pa po, may termination fee po. Kung yung Phone po ninyo is may sariling Account number, pwede po ata icontinue yung line kahit ipaputol yung Internet. For account related concern, it is best po na itawag kay Customer Service po.

          Pero I suggest po na icontinue nyo nalang po yung Globe nyo.
