    Can't verify my Globe Home Broadband Account in MyAccount

      this all started when globe updated their site and when i logged in, one of my accounts, which is the globe home broadband, was unverified/unregistered.. so i removed it from my accounts list. But then when i tried to add it again. I can't.

       

      So, im trying to add my account, and i can successfully do it.

      but when i try to verify, it says incorrect payment details. I'm sure that this was the last payment details.

      so i tried the alternate method, but my plan type wasnt in the list and i dunno the credit limit..

      Is there someone who experiences the same? I've already contacted the Globe facebook page and tried to do what they say but i still can't verify. any help? thanks.
