That's a lot of inconvenience on your part by continuously experiencing disconnection because of a system error. Are you the only one experiencing it? or does the system error affects all subscribers?
you only need to call 211 or (02) 730-1000 if you need to complain an agent, Supervisor, Globe Employee, or Globe contractors / technicians. Make sure to ask for reference number from agent of the report.
