I've just received my 4th phone from Globe (3rd time recontracting). My question is why are both sim slots locked to Globe? That does not make any sense to me. It may well be my fault because I didn't ask the specialist I was talking to because I assumed that it will be like my S8+ from another company (Smart) which had the 2nd sim slot unlocked.
I'm on my 7th year with Globe and to be honest this is kinda disappointing. If Smart could do it, why can't Globe? I've seen the other threads though they are quite old, it doesn't seem that this policy (of locking both slots) has changed.
