    Spotify Premium activation


      I've been trying to activate Spotify premium with my new plan since February. It's April already but still can't get through. I've called the hotline a thousand times already but Globe can't fix whatever's wrong for my registration to push through. I have reached the part where I've entered my Spotify log in details and page to confirm it's my account. But when I press okay, the next message says: Register to GoSurf with access to Spotify Premium blah blah blah. Whenever I call the hotline, they say my account has been refreshed etc. but still get the error every time. Has this happened to anyone too? What did Globe do?
