Good morning! My Globe broadband home bundle suddenly lost signal this morning. We have no outstanding balance (we even have paid more than the monthly due), the broadband homepage says we have consumed not even half of our monthly allowance, and our neighbors' bundles have signal. I have tried rebooting the broadband and removing the sim for several minutes to no avail. My location is in Naga City, Camarines Sur. Could anyone please help me out? Thanks a lot!
