      Dear Globe,

       

      I just received a "Not registered on network"... which is kind of absurd, considering the fact that I received a message regarding the expire of my promo yesterday and I still have by may 16 before my load expire... And I'm shocked by it... can you explain how this happened??

       

      I'll be going to a globe store if I got a chance to...
