      Nag-apply ako online last march 17, 2018 at naaprrove nung april 12,2018. Nakareceive ako ng call same day asking if kelan dw ako available for delivery. I told them I want it to be sent to my office on april 21, 2018 and we agreed. April 16, 2018 nakareceive ako ng email na unsuccessful delivery. I called several times pero wala makasagot sa akin kung ano na talaga status ng application ko. Sabi nila wala dw sila access pag online application. I decided to go to a Globe store and spoke to a representative. He was able to retrieve my application. Confirming that it was approved but on Hold status pero delivery date is still april 21, 2018. I am here in my office now waiting for their call or message if may iniexpect ba ko o wala. Why is it hard to communicate with you guys? I hope you can fix this. My reference is GLO-000407480. A call, text or email would be fine. Just keep me posted. Hindi yung pinaghihintay nyo customers nyo. Thank you.
