    No DSL Internet and no dial tone



      Since 6AM, I have no internet and no landline service. I already did the basic troubleshooting steps (replugging, reconnecting, swapping cables) with no luck. I don’t have a globe number so obviously I can’t contact customer service. Tried their twitter page but it takes them more than an hour to reply (They just suggested to do troubleshooting, which I did before reporting it). Any globe reps here that can help me out? Thank you!


      I only have the power light ON. LAN is steady if connected directly, WLAN if just wifi... no internet. No dial tone on my landline
