    Please help!!! We've just subscribed to 1299 Broadband plan na may data cap (300GB). After 2 days na nainstall, na disconnect yung tel at wifi due to verification ng ID daw. I submitted a company ID for my application noon. It's been 4 days pero walang up

      Please help!!! We've just subscribed to 1299 Broadband plan na may data cap (300GB). After 2 days na nainstall, na disconnect yung tel at wifi due to verification ng ID daw. I submitted a company ID for my application noon. It's been 4 days pero walang update from installer/sales agent. Nagtanong ako sa receptionist sa work ko, wala naman daw tumatawag na Globe.

       

      Ang rude pa nung sales agent (Mhar), pag tumatawag hindi sinasagot. Pag nasagot niya, hindi magsasalita hanggang sa bababaan ka. Sobrang galing lang nung pre-sales, pero after sales, papabayaan ka na. Hindi din kami matulungan ng Customer Service kasi wala kaming account # at yung landline number is hindi pa active sa main office / system? Walang clear na resolution, mukha kaming tanga kakahintay dito. Mag wweekend na lang, hindi pa din naayos. Paano na yung business namin, dami ng nasayang na pera! Sana matulungan niyo kami.
