    Blacklisted due to Outstanding Balance


      Hi Globe community,


      may I ask with regard to the problem of our company with regard to reflected outstanding balance under our account upon applying a new application. It happened that we are not aware about the reflected balance the verification and approval team of Globe informed us about this matter. However, even Globe not able to give us a supporting documents. What should we do to process the new application?
