Hi, I've been consistently calling the 2882 GCash hotline for more than a month already to follow up my GCash Rebate concern from a Scan To Pay transaction at Robinsons Movieworld. The promo states that a rebate will be seeded after one working day but it has already been more than one month and I haven't received anything. The follow up emails of your customer service representatives from the 2882 hotline to your so-called "Support Team" seem futile. Nothing is getting solved... just errors and empty promises one after the other. Is there anyone here who can help me out with this concern and provide immediate and effective solutions?
