    Disconnection of my Globe Broadband (Emilio Cruz Customer No. 855474026)


      Dear Globe,

      I am Emilio Cruz Customer No. 855474026 I called 2 weeks ago requesting the disconnection of my Globe Broadband. I was informed that they will proceed the disconnection. But until now it is not done.

      I also request for Globe Broadband connection in my new residence. Unfortunately, I received an SMS that your service is not available in the area.
      Finally, Please disconnect my Globe Broadband in my house located in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan. Attached document for your reference and immediate action.
