    No confirmation Email and Text about PostPaid plan


      I recently received my postpaid aim from globe. It arrived on May 22 and I tried to insert the sim when I got it but there's no signal so I tried contacting globe on twitter. They responded to my DM and said I need to fully wait for 24hrs for the full activation. 24hrs passed but I still can't use my Globe Sim. I tried contacting them agin today but no response. I tried to use the data again and voila I can use the internet. But the problem is I don't have the account number, no confirmarion email and text that my account / sim is activates and I wanted to know if the plan I choose is the plan I got. I hope you can help me with this. Than you
