    Totally down for almost 1 week with no good support


      Down din samin both broadband and landline for 6 days na. No answer or call back sa hotline. No reply din s messenger. No clear announcement for outage. I'm not going to pay for the next bill if wala pa din service or not well compensated for the outgage and inconvenience.
